1. Services Provided

H&T Cleaning Services provides professional carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, residential cleaning, and commercial cleaning services. Service availability may vary by location and schedule.

All services are subject to an initial assessment. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or outside our service scope.

2. Bookings & Appointments

Appointments can be made via phone, WhatsApp, social media, or through our website. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

You agree to provide accurate information about the property, size, and condition of areas to be cleaned. Incorrect information may result in price adjustments or rescheduling.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are based on inspection, property size, level of soiling, and required treatments. All prices will be confirmed before work begins.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to revise pricing if additional work is required beyond the original scope.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a call-out fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, including equipment issues, staff availability, or extreme weather.

5. Access & Safety

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property, including parking where possible. Pets must be secured during cleaning unless otherwise agreed.

You are responsible for informing us of fragile items, pre-existing damage, or sensitive surfaces. We are not liable for damage caused by normal wear and tear or undisclosed fragile materials.

6. Results & Satisfaction Guarantee

Cleaning results depend on fabric type, age, stains, and prior treatment. While we aim for the best possible outcome, we cannot guarantee complete stain removal.

If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours. We may revisit to improve results at our discretion, subject to reasonable expectations and conditions.

7. Liability & Damage

We carry appropriate insurance for our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided unless required otherwise by law. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
• Permanent stains or discoloration
• Shrinkage, fading, or texture changes due to fabric condition
• Damage caused by faulty materials or prior treatments

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Remove personal items and breakables from the cleaning area
• Provide accurate information about stains, materials, and risks
• Ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available

9. Use of Photos & Marketing

We may take before-and-after photos for quality control and marketing purposes. No personal identifying information will be shared without consent. You may opt out upon request.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for service delivery and communication. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
